Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how shipping works.

 

UK Delivery

  • Flat rate shipping: £5
  • FREE shipping on orders over £100
  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days
  • All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

International Delivery

We currently ship to:

  • Most European countries
  • United States & Canada

How International Shipping Works

International shipping is calculated after your order is placed to ensure you are charged the most accurate rate based on weight and destination.

  • Place your order via the website (no shipping will be charged at checkout)
  • Your order will be packed and weighed
  • Within 48 working hours, you will receive a separate shipping invoice via email
  • This invoice will include a payment link to complete your shipping payment
  • Once shipping has been paid, your order will be dispatched

Shipping Details

  • Shipping costs are based on parcel weight and destination.
  • All international parcels are sent via tracked and/or signed delivery services
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–17 working days (depending on location and customs)

The below amounts are estimates by region, however accurate shipping costs will be calculated on an individual bases: 

  • US & Canada - approx. $25 for the first 0.5kg and then an extra $10 per kg thereafter
  • Europe - approx. €12 EUR for the first 0.5kg and then an extra €2.50 per kg  thereafter

Customs & Import Charges

Please note:

For US customers - Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are typically included within your shipping invoice.

For Canadian and European customers - Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order or shipping cost. These may be payable upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.


Important Information

Orders will not be dispatched until shipping has been paid in full

If shipping payment is not completed within 7 days, your order may be held or cancelled
