Open Basket Policy

We offer an open basket option for both UK and International customers

This allows you to:

• Place multiple orders over time (via the website or live sales on our social media platforms)
• Combine everything into one shipment
• Save on shipping by bundling items together

 

UK Orders

At checkout, simply enter into the discount field, code:

👉 HOLD

This will:

• Remove shipping fees
• Let us know to keep your items safely aside and,
• Not dispatch your order yet

You can then continue placing orders and adding to your open basket—just remember to enter code ‘HOLD’ into the discount field at checkout each time.

When you're ready for delivery, send us a message to confirm you’re ready for delivery and we will pack your full basket

• Your items will be dispatched together
• Free shipping will apply if your combined total is over £100
• If your combined total does not exceed £100 you will need to pay the £5 flat rate shipping fee before your items are dispatched.
• Refunds will be automatically made for any incorrectly charges shipping costs (EG. You forget to enter code ‘HOLD’ during checkout).

 

International Orders

At checkout, simply enter the code:

This will:

• Let us know to keep your items safely aside and,
• Not dispatch your order yet

You can continue placing orders and adding to your open basket—just remember to enter the code ‘HOLD’ in the discount field at checkout each time.

When you're ready for delivery, send us a message to confirm you’re ready for delivery and we will pack and weigh your full basket

• You will receive a separate shipping invoice based on your basket weight, value and destination (see our Shipping Information page for cost estimations).
• Once this has been paid, your order will be dispatched
