UK Shipping

As a UK-based company, all UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• £5 flat-rate shipping on orders under £100

USA Shipping

All orders shipped to the United States are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Your shipping invoice includes:

• Customs duties

The amount shown on your shipping invoice is the final amount payable, and no additional customs charges should be due when your parcel arrives.

International Shipping (All Other Countries)

All international orders outside the UK and the USA are sent using tracked delivery services.

Your shipping invoice includes shipping costs only.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs paid through our website.

Dispatch Information

We dispatch orders every Wednesday and Friday.

• Orders placed by Monday evening are usually dispatched on Wednesday
• Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday are usually dispatched on Friday
• Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Wednesday

Please note that dispatch schedules may occasionally change during holidays, busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

UK orders sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 are typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

International orders can take considerably longer, particularly if parcels are delayed while passing through customs.

It's not unusual for international parcels to take several weeks to reach their final destination. We kindly ask customers to be patient and allow plenty of time for delivery.

 

Will I have to pay customs charges or import taxes?

USA orders: Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are included in your shipping invoice.

All other international orders: Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes. All UK and international orders are sent using tracked shipping services.

My UK parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your parcel hasn't arrived within seven working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us.

Please note that we can't raise an enquiry with Royal Mail immediately, as they have a waiting period before investigations can be opened for delayed or missing parcels.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Yes.

We offer an Open Basket option, which allows you to combine multiple orders from both live sales and website purchases into a single shipment.
